Shipping Coverage: Domestic and international shipping can be arranged depending on the order; final terms follow the quotation/order agreement.
Processing Time:

• Samples/retail: typically ships within 2–7 business days (subject to stock and QC).

• Wholesale/B2B: lead time follows PI/contract terms.
  Shipping Methods: Courier, dedicated line, air, sea, etc. depending on destination, transit time, and cost.
  Shipping & Duties: Shipping fees are calculated per order. Import duties/taxes are typically paid by the consignee unless otherwise agreed.
  Address Accuracy: Ensure correct address/zip/phone. Re-delivery/return fees due to incorrect details are borne by the buyer.
  Exceptions: Provide order number and delivery details for carrier investigation.
